Privacy Policy

The categories below correspond to the data types disclosed on our App Store privacy label:

• Name (Contact Info). A display name you provide when you create or update your account or profile.
• Email Address (Contact Info). Your email address and authentication credentials, managed by Firebase Authentication, when you create an account or sign in.
• User ID (Identifiers). A unique account identifier assigned by Firebase Authentication and associated with your data so we can operate and sync your account.
• Search History. The ticker symbols, companies, and queries you search for within the App, used to power search, watchlists, and lookups.
• Other Financial Info. When you connect a brokerage account, quotes, positions, orders, watchlists, and profit & loss entries are fetched live from that provider and displayed in the App; some of this data may be temporarily included in AI chat context (see below).
• Other User Content. Trade ideas (short- and long-term), skills, agent configurations, instruction documents, notes, and chat conversations you enter into the App.
• API keys and tokens you provide. If you choose to connect a Claude/Anthropic API key or a Robinhood account token, those credentials are stored in your account’s settings record in Firebase so the App can use them on your behalf. We do not generate, sell, or share these credentials.
• Usage data. Basic technical data such as browser type and general usage patterns, collected via Firebase.

We use the data described above to:

• Operate your account and sync your data in real time across devices.
• Run the AI chat and agent features you configure — this means your conversation, selected instructions, and any tool results (e.g., portfolio positions) are sent to the AI provider you’ve connected (currently Anthropic’s Claude API) to generate a response.
• Proxy requests to your connected brokerage using the token you provide, so the App can display your positions, quotes, and orders.
• Maintain and improve the App’s reliability and features.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your trading data or conversations to train third-party models beyond what your chosen AI provider does under its own terms.

• Firebase (Google). Authentication, Firestore, and Realtime Database for storing your account and app data.
• Anthropic (Claude API). Chat messages, instructions, and tool-call results are sent directly from your browser to Anthropic’s API using your own API key, to generate AI responses. Anthropic processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Robinhood (or other connected brokerage). If you add a brokerage token, the App calls that provider’s API on your behalf to retrieve account, position, and order data. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking networks.

We use industry-standard providers (Firebase/Google Cloud) for storage and apply reasonable technical safeguards. That said, the App is in active beta: features, access controls, and data protections are still being hardened. Do not store credentials you are not comfortable having in a beta product, and use a brokerage account you are comfortable connecting to a workspace under active development.

Your content is retained until you delete it or close your account. You can delete individual ideas, chats, or settings from within the App at any time. To request full account deletion or a copy of your data, email anish@ydtechs.com.

The App is not directed to children under 18 and is not intended for use by anyone not legally permitted to trade securities in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
